After 43 years of service to Fort Hays State University, including serving as Provost, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Founder and Director of the Docking Institute, and most recently Chair and Professor in the Department of Political Science, Larry Gould is retiring. Last week, a reception took place to honor his dedication to FHSU.
