ELLIS — A Norton man was injured in a one-vehicle accident Monday morning in rural Ellis County.
Cody P. Armbrister, 23, was driving a 2005 Chrysler car north on 130th Avenue near Locust Grove road just after 9 a.m. when he went off the right side of the road and over-corrected. The vehicle crossed both lanes and entered the west ditch, rolling before landing on its wheels – according to the report by the Kansas Highway Patrol.
Armbrister was taken to Hays Medical Center with injuries. He was listed as wearing a safety restraint.
