Fort Hays State hosts the annual Bob Smith Open on Saturday, December 3 at Gross Memorial Coliseum in Hays. Around 400 wrestlers are expected to compete with eight mats of action throughout the tournament, which begins at 9 a.m. and runs all day. FHSU enters its fourth open tournament of the season. Jon Inman and Christian Lance have both won all three tournaments they have competed in this year. Inman, ranked No. 4 nationally at 197 pounds, is 12-0 for the season and Lance is 16-0. Tickets for the Bob Smith Open are $10 per adult and $5 for youth. Live results for the tournament are available at the link provided above. |
