The Walk A Mile in Her Shoes event, is an event where members of the Fort Hays State fraternities walk or run a mile in high heels. It was 15 dollars to register, and includes a shirt. This event raises money and awareness for victims of sexual and domestic violence. All money goes to Options Domestic and Sexual Violence Services and Jana’s Campaign.
In conjunction with the Walk A Mile in Her Shoes event, the Clothesline Project exhibit was displayed. The Clothesline Project is a display of t-shirts created by violence survivors.
