State Senate candidate making stop at FHSU

Larry Dreiling, Democratic candidate for Kansas Senate, will begin a tour of all 14 counties in the 40th Kansas Senate District with a stop for coffee Thursday at Starbucks in the Fort Hays State University Memorial Union from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

“Fort Hays State is so much a part of me,” Dreiling said. “It only makes sense to begin traveling the area with a stop on campus. Please join me at the Union for a morning cup of your favorite beverage and let’s visit about issues that are important to you.”

Dreiling is a triple graduate of Fort Hays State University, with a masters degree in communication and bachelors’ degrees in political science and communication. He lives in Hays and works as an adjunct professor of agriculture, informatics and political science at FHSU.
