Everyone is jumping into the Tiger spirit this week as the Fort Hays State University women’s basketball team prepares to host the NCAA Division II Central Region tournament.
And the FHSU Foundation is taking the opportunity to remind fans just how important their support is in helping create successful athletic programs.
Jason Williby, president and CEO of the FHSU Foundation, is urging Tiger fans to help fund the continued success of the women’s basketball team by making a donation to the I Fed the Tiger campaign.
All donations made to the campaign designated for the women’s basketball team will go to the program. The Foundation is hoping to raise $2,500 to help the team offset costs associated with running a DII program.
The women’s basketball project is just one of several the Foundation has began dating back to the Fall semester.
