The public is invited to a news conference honoring Patty Baconrind, owner of Baconrind Appraising Services Inc., Hays, for her gift to Fort Hays State University at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, in the Black and Gold Room of the university’s Memorial Union.
The news conference, conducted by the FHSU Foundation, will reveal how Baconrind’s gift will impact Fort Hays State athletics. She is a 1993 graduate of the university.
Refreshments will be provided.
