Tuesday, August 28th was this year’s March to Main, an annual event where new FHSU students march to Main street to learn about what the city of Hays has to offer while welcoming returning students and faculty back to the community.
This year’s freshmen got to jam out to a full parade procession as they made their way to main street. A bingo card was provided to each student, encouraging them to explore local shops and restaurants, in return for prizes when a bingo was scored. Free food was also provided by local restaurant and brewery Gella’s while supplies lasted.
