On March 7 of this year, the Students’ Advisory Committee (SAC) to the Kansas Board of Regents submitted an amicus curiae brief to the Kansas Supreme Court. This committee includes Fort Hays State University Student Body President, Emily Brandt, along with the student body presidents of all other public four-year universities in the state of Kansas.
