Hays Arts Council hosts second annual Block Party On The Bricks

During the event, they had a multitude of areas the could play around with and discover. These areas included, felting station, Blacksmith, Ceramics, Music Arena, Cartoonists Club, Live Photography station, Creative Arts Society, as well as the Community Mural and many well made food stations for the people.
