2020-21 SGA candidate bios

The deadline to run for a position on the Student Government Association produced several candidates at Fort Hays State University.

Listed below are those running for president and vice president, as well as student senator positions. Biography information was provided by each candidate.

For anyone who wants to participate in Senate but did not fill out an intent to run form, candidates can be written in for any office and just need five votes to be considered for a successful write-in campaign. Any write-ins for president/vice president need to include two people as this office is voted on as a ticket. There are also five at-large seats available for those who do not win within their college.

Online elections on Tigerlink will be from April 15 to 20, with polls closing at 4:30 p.m. April 20. Results will be announced a short time after polls close, barring any delays with possible ties.
