On Thursday March 30th in Cody Commons from 8:00pm to 9:00 pm, well known comic Jessica Kirson will be performing. Kirson is known from HBO’s various comedy festivals, Marshalls’ Women in Comedy, Comedy Central’s South Beach, and various Las Vegas comedy festivals. She was recently awarded the Nightlife Award for best stand-up comedian in New York City. Her YouTube channel “the Jessy K Show” has 2.5 million views as well as over 100 videos and 28,000 subscribers. Most of her videos get around 18,000 views on average. Most of her videos are about her adventures through life as a funny person. Jessica Kirson is a very energetic comedian with a passion for performing and is well worth seeing on stage. The event is free for all to attend. Students must have their Tiger Card in order to participate.
