The Christmas @ Creek Side Hays Holiday Light Tour was open to the public on Saturday. Families can walk through the 1.5-mile walking trail featuring decorations and 250,000 bulbs customized in holiday-themed colorization. The trail is accommodated by fire pit warming stations, and showcases lighting structured in the shapes of Santa Claus, reindeer, stockings, and other popular Christmas symbols along with Kansas-themed lighting.
Tickets are $12 per person and free for kids 4 and under. The next tours will be Nov. 28-30, and Dec. 4-7, 11-13, 18-21 and 26-27.
