FINDLAY, Ohio – Fort Hays State golfer Hannah Perkins battled the elements to post an 89 in round three of the 2017 NCAA Women’s Golf Championship Friday (May 19) at Findlay Country Club. The sophomore fell to 30-over for the tournament, moving into a tie for 56th with one round to play.
Once again opening play on the back nine, Perkins was steady to start the day, posting four pars and one bogey over her first five holes. The rest of the afternoon wasn’t as bright as she finished all but two of her remaining holes over par.
Perkins will look to bounce back in the final round on Saturday (May 20) when she tees off on hole No. 10 at 8:45 a.m. ET (7:45 a.m. CT).
