FHSU broke ground on the new Themed Housing site on a bright, sunny April morning. The Themed Housing, due to open in the fall of 2017 will be the home to the Delta Zeta sorority, the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, and the Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority. Many undergraduate members and alumni were present.
