The City Manager’s Office, City of Hays would like to remind and advise that on Thursday June 4th, 11th Street from Main to Oak will be blocked off for the Bike Hays Ground Painting Ceremony and Gella’s Inaugural Block Party. Businesses in the area will remain open during the festivities. The city reminds everyone to share the road, as there will be a large groups of bicyclists in town for the Ceremony and the Kandango Ellis Half-Pint.
The block party will begin at 3pm and run until 10pm, with the Bike Hays Ground Painting Ceremony at 5:30pm at 11th and Main.
