The Fort Hays State University tennis team dropped two battles with MIAA foes during the weekend.
On Friday, the Tigers lost 7-0 to No. 36-ranked Central Oklahoma.
On Saturday, Newman beat FHSU 6-1.
Fort Hays ended the season with an 8-11 overall mark.
Friday matches
Ines Steeman lost her double with Janae Montoya 6-3, and lost her doubles 6-2 and 6-1.
