On Thursday, Vice President of Administration and Finance, Wesley Wintch, talked to the Student Government Association about upcoming projects happening around campus.

“[We are using] software to track what’s sort of the age of all things we do,” he said. “That matters because when things start aging out, warranting these preventative [changes], or making sure to take care of [things] before they break [or] so that they don’t break.”

Wintch said another side they take into consideration is the age of the buildings, what programs are being used the most, and where the university is growing and where it is shrinking.

Wintch provided those in attendance with a breakdown of the projects and their budgets.
