KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Fort Hays State’s Isabel Robben was named the MIAA Women’s Soccer Goalkeeper of the Week on Tuesday (Sept. 12) for her efforts in a pair of Tiger shutouts this past week.
Robben picked up her second and third shutouts of the season in goal as FHSU remained unbeaten on the season with a 2-0 win over Sioux Falls and a 0-0 draw with then No. 15 ranked Augustana. She recorded three saves against both Sioux Falls and Augustana. She has yielded only one goal in four matches this season and has three straight shutouts going back to last week.
Robben joined Adell Gore of Northwest Missouri State (Offensive) and Morgan Martucci of Rogers State (Defensive) as the weekly Athlete of the Week honorees from the conference office.
