On October 26, 2019, Us 4 U hosted a Spooktacular event along with a partnership of the Western Plains Animal Refuge of getting the community involved for a morning exercise with their pets at the Municipal Park. The event was to race a 5k in Halloween costumes spanning from the park, around Big Creek and finish back to the park. After the race, members of Us 4 U, judged who had the best three Halloween costumes and awarded prizes to owners and their pets.
