The Fort Hays State volleyball team opens its home schedule with the 2019 Tiger Classic this weekend inside Gross Memorial Coliseum. Five other schools will make the trip to Hays to compete in 12 matches across Friday and Saturday (Sept. 13-14). The first of six matches each day is slated for a 9 a.m. start. A full weekend schedule can be found below.
Daily tickets are available at a cost of $10 ($5 for youth 18 and under) and will be good for all six contests. For fans who can’t make it to Hays, live streaming video will be available for all 12 matches. Fans can buy a day pass for $10 per day, a volleyball season pass for $50 or an All-Access Pass to all 2019-20 MIAA events for $125. Free live stats will also be available at the link above.
The Tigers open the weekend against Chadron State Friday at 11 a.m. before wrapping up day one against Southern Arkansas at 7:30 p.m. FHSU returns to the court Saturday afternoon against Western Colorado at 1 p.m. before playing Northwestern Oklahoma State in the final match of the tournament.
