The Fort Hays State baseball team wraps up the 2019 season this weekend (May 3-5) when the Tigers host Pittsburg State for a three-game series at Larks Park. The weekend set is slated to begin at 7 p.m. Friday before continuing with a 2 p.m. first pitch Saturday and a noon start to the season finale Sunday.
The Tigers (3-37, 2-28) head into the weekend looking to snap a 16-game losing streak while Pittsburg State (25-19, 17-13) is fighting for positioning in the MIAA Championships.
Fort Hays State is 27-23 all-time against Pittsburg State, including a 13-10 advantage in games played at Larks Park.
