Fort Hays State Softball will now play its home opener for the 2019 season about three weeks earlier than scheduled when Kansas Wesleyan comes to Hays for a doubleheader on Wednesday (Feb. 13). First pitch of the non-conference doubleheader is set for 3 pm at Tiger Stadium.
Another update to the schedule involves the doubleheader with Central Christian College. Fort Hays State will now host Central Christian in a doubleheader on Tuesday, February 19 instead of March 19.
This doubleheader does not replace the one already scheduled with Kansas Wesleyan on Tuesday, March 5. The March 5 doubleheader remains on the schedule, therefore the Tigers have four games scheduled against Kansas Wesleyan this season.
Following the doubleheader Wednesday, the Tigers head back to Bentonville, Arkansas for six games over three days (Feb. 15-17).
Live Stats and Live Video will be available for the doubleheader with Kansas Wesleyan on Wednesday. Links for both are available above.
