FHSU’s Annual Technology Fair

The 58th Annual Western Kansas Technology Education Fair is coming to Fort Hays State University. The event will occur on Thursday April 27th and Friday April the 28th.  Junior high and highschool students from across Kansas will be participating to show off their knowledge in technology education by setting up displays of the projects they’ve worked on. Their work will be displayed at gross Memorial Coliseum. Doors will open at 8am, but the awards ceremony starts at 4pm. There will also be a series of live events available during the day. Some include: communication competitions, metric 500 racing, quiz bowl, and problem solving challenges. Event participants will be awarded ribbons or medals. Students in FHSU’s Technology and Engineering Collegiate Association will be running the entire technology fair. The event is free and open to the public.
