Fort Hays State junior Jon Inman was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team for District 7 in NCAA Division II on Thursday (May 12). The At-Large All-District Team is made up of several sports, which on the men’s side includes fencing, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, rifle, skiing, swimming, tennis, volleyball, water polo, and wrestling.
Inman holds a 3.85 grade point average as a Justice Studies major at Fort Hays State. He was an All-America performer this year with a staggering record of 38-4 overall, finishing fifth in the nation at 184 pounds. Inman is a two-time national qualifier and has a staggering record of 113-24 at Fort Hays State in his career. Inman is also a three-time member of the D2 Wrestling Coaches Association All-Academic First Team and a three-time MIAA Scholar-Athlete Award recipient.
