KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Fort Hays State had three golfers named to the MIAA Academic Honor Roll, released on Tuesday (May 3). To achieve honor roll status, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 and have at least two terms of attendance at the certifying member institution, excluding summer terms. MIAA Academic Excellence Awards will be given out following the end of the 2015-16 school year. Several members of both the FHSU men’s and women’s teams are newcomers this year.
Earning honor roll status in women’s golf were Hadley Tharp and Quillen Eichhorn. For men’s golf, Kade Megaffin earned the honor.
