FHSU Women Move Up to No. 7 in WBCA National Rankings

Fort Hays State Women’s Basketball moved up to No. 7 in the latest edition of the WBCA Division II National Poll, released on Tuesday (Nov. 24). The Tigers moved up three spots in the poll after starting the season 4-0. FHSU was No. 10 in the preseason rankings.

The Tigers have collected all four of their wins over NCAA Division II opponents. FHSU plays two games this week, home non-conference games against Newman University and Sterling College.Emporia State, also 4-0 overall, remained No. 1 in the nation, while Missouri Western jumps in the poll at No. 22 to give the MIAA three teams in the top 25.
