Their solution? Smashing Pumpkins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/tigermedianet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/SmashTheStigma_1.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While it wasn\u2019t the 1990s rock band, Friday\u2019s event allowed students to release any unresolved feelings by smashing pumpkins with baseball bats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe tend to shove that stress down inside and say that we can deal with it. But that does not work; we end up anxious, depressed, or getting angry with our friends and loved ones,\u201d Club President Kelly Krehbiel said. \u201cSo this is one way that we can release that anger and negative emotions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-effect=\"slide\"><div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow_container swiper-container\"><ul
