Fort Hays State University\u2019s next Science Caf\u00e9 is set for 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15, at The Venue in Thirsty\u2019s Brew Pub & Grill, 2704 Vine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The monthly presentation about science, sponsored by FHSU\u2019s Science and Mathematics Education Institute (SMEI), is titled \u201cAn Evolution of Technology\u2019s Effects on Healthcare Delivery.\u201d Science Caf\u00e9 is part of SMEI\u2019s mission to improve and embrace the education of science and math in western Kansas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scott\nRohleder, executive director of IT at Hays Medical Center, will be the\npresenter. He will discuss how the healthcare industry has moved from an\ninformation dark age to using precision health medicine to improve the quality\nof care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
