<\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\nIn a regular year, the kick-off event would be a luncheon with the FHSU Foundation and FHSU staff, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, normally scheduled events have been altered to practice social distancing.

Another alteration to this year\u2019s campaign is the use of student chairmen. As a result of positive partnerships in the past, Reiter and Homman will act as representatives of the student body during the entire Campus Campaign.

The Campus Campaign acts as an encouragement to staff and faculty to donate to the foundation to help benefit the students of Fort Hays.

\u201cDonations to the FHSU Foundation can go towards anything at Fort Hays State University– scholarships, athletics, department funding and so much more.\u201d Jason Williby, CEO of the FHSU Foundation said.

The FHSU Foundation is the fundraising arm of the university, and will continue to host multiple events throughout the year to encourage the previous and current staff of Fort Hays State University to continue their donations so the students of the university can continue to strive for excellence.
