If it is\nnot correct, you will be directed to a screen to put in the correct password or\nyou can click a <strong>Forgot\nPassword<\/strong> link. The system will email your password to you. Log\nin and then go to your account and change your password if you choose. You may\nalso contact us an we can reset your password.<br><br><strong>Will I be notified if\nsomeone has outbid me for an item?<\/strong><br>\nYes, while the auction is still going on you will be notified by both text to\nthe cell phone you entered as part of the registration and by email to the\nemail address that is your log in.<br><br><strong>I don&#8217;t know my bid #.<\/strong><br>\nYour bid number gets assigned to you when you register to bid. The system will\nshow you your bid number but you do not need it to bid as long as you are\nlogged in.<br><br><strong>I do not want my name to\nshow as the leading bidder for an item. <\/strong><br>\nIf you did not enter the optional &#8220;Display Name&#8221; when you registered\nto bid, you can log back into the site and <strong>Edit Account<\/strong> to enter a more anonymous\ndisplay name.<br><br><strong>What is a Buy Now item?<\/strong><br>\nBuy Now items are items that are for sale. These items can be purchased for a\nprice. Once the item is sold, no one else can purchase it. If there is a\nquantity for sale that is greater than 1, when all the items are sold, the Buy\nNow button will be disabled and the item will be displayed as sold. You must\npay for the item at time of purchase.<br><br><strong>What is a Give Now Item?<\/strong><br>\nThis item is a donation that can be paid for on your credit card. Give Now\nitems are paid for at time of donation.<br><br><strong>What is the Win it Now\nprice for an item?<\/strong><br>\nWhen you click the <strong>Win\nit Now<\/strong> price button for an auction item and place that bid, the\nitem will be yours as long as you pay for it right at that moment.<br><br><strong>What is Bid Wars?<\/strong><br>\nFor any auction item that has the bid wars logo, if the current bid is raised\nin the last few minutes of the entire auction, that item will stay open for\nbidding for a set amount of time, usually 10 minutes. If a raise is made during\nthat extended time period, the item will remain open for an additional set time\nperiod. When that time period expires with no raise, the item will close and be\nawarded to the highest bidder. You will be notified if an item you are\ninterested in has gone into bid wars.<br><br><strong>Will I be notified at\nthe end of the event if I have won any items?<\/strong><br>\nYes, you will be notified by email that you are a winner. The email will ask\nyou to log back into the site and pay for your items with the credit card on\nfile.<br><br><strong>When I try to pay, it\nsays add a new credit card? What about the credit card I entered at\nregistration?<\/strong><br>\nThe add new credit card is a pulldown. If you use the pulldown, you will see\nthe credit card on file as a choice. Click it and that will be the credit card\nthat is charged when you agree to the payment. Of course you can always add a\ndifferent credit card if you choose.<br><br><strong>I have tried to buy\nseveral Buy Now items and a donation and I cannot find my shopping cart to pay\nfor them.<\/strong><br>\nThere is no shopping cart. Whenever you click a <strong>Buy Now<\/strong> button or a <strong>Give Now<\/strong> button for\nany item, you will be directed to use the pull down to choose the credit card\non file to pay for that item and that item only at that time. If you purchase\nseveral <strong>Buy Now<\/strong>\nitems, you will check out for each item individually. There is no shopping cart\nbecause if there was, someone could hold onto items and then later decide to\nnot purchase, thus stopping other people from purchasing them until it is too\nlate.<br><br><strong>Will I have to pay for\neach Bid Now item separately if am the successful high bidder of several items\nat the end of the auction?<\/strong><br>\nNo. If you are the winning bidder for any auction items at the end of the\nevent, you can purchase all of those items on one transaction.<br><br><strong>What is Online Roundup?<\/strong><br>\nOnline Roundup is the amount you would like to add to your total amount paid at\nthe end of the event. This is an optional donation you can make to the\norganization. For example, if your total purchase was $75 and you would like to\ngive the organization at total of $100, you would add a roundup of $25. Your\ncredit card will be charged $100 total.<br><br><strong>When I try to check out,\nit says my credit card is not accepted.<\/strong><br>\nPlease check your account information and make sure the credit card number,\nexpiration date, billing address, etc. are correct. If it is a debit card, make\nsure the account has sufficient funds. If everything is correct, contact your\ncard provider.
