Fortunately, the National Weather Service\u2019s Greg Tatro gives an insight into the week\u2019s weather.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tuesday<\/strong>:&nbsp; There is a storm system to move out of the Rockies into Kansas, resulting in snow in Hays starting around 6-7 a.m., a high of 25\u00b0F, and blustery winds of 21-23 mph. Additional gusts of around 30 mph are also to be expected.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tuesday Night<\/strong>: Low around low 20\u00b0&#8217;s, with blustery winds of about 16-21 mph until midnight, which is also when the Winter Weather Advisory ends.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wednesday<\/strong>: Tatro reports that snowfall should end by Wednesday. With mostly sunny skies and a high of around 28\u00b0F.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wednesday Night<\/strong>: Mostly clear skies are to be expected. With a low of 15\u00b0F and winds around 6mph.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thursday<\/strong>: A warming trend should start Thursaday, going into a high around the low 40\u00b0\u2019s, with sunny skies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Thursday Night<\/strong>: The temperature drops to around 25\u00b0 with the skies becoming cloudy.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friday<\/strong>: Tatro would like to preface that at this point the weather prediction is more based on trends and is suspect to change. But is currently stated that high is in the mid 40\u00b0&#8217;s with mostly cloudy skies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Friday Night:<\/strong> It\u2019s going to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 24\u00b0F.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saturday<\/strong>: The high is going to be around 45\u00b0F. With mostly sunny skies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saturday Night<\/strong>: The temperature will drop to around 28\u00b0F. With the skies remaining mostly clear.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sunday<\/strong>: Expect a high of around 50\u00b0F, and mostly sunny.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sunday Night<\/strong>: The skies are going to get cloudy, and the temperature is to drop to around 28\u00b0- 30\u00b0F<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTemperature swings are common in February, while there is a winter weather advisory, there\u2019s no major winter storm, and nothing too damaging, just slight travel issues,\u201d Tatro said.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He further elaborated that the bursts of cold weather come from Canadian seasonal weather, with the warmer weather changes coming from the southwest.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BY TAYLOR SARRATT Kansas weather can be absolutely unruly, So keeping up to date during the changing seasons is important.
