The workshop will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Memorial Union\u2019s Pioneer Room. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCliftonStrengths\nEssentials\u201d is based on Gallup\u2019s Strengths Theory, which argues that people\nshould spend the majority of their time doing what they do best, using their\nalready existing natural talents to become more productive and profitable in\nthe workplace and at home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the\nworkshop, participants will discover their top five talent themes, learn how to\nleverage those talents by turning them into strengths and determine how to\nutilize others\u2019 strengths to maximize productivity and team effectiveness.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A completion\ncertificate and 7.0 continuing education units will be given to each workshop\nparticipant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop,\nfacilitated by Sabrina William, Management Development Center program director,\nand Hannah Hilker, MDC training specialist, will cost $219. A 15-percent\ndiscount applies for all Hays Area Chamber of Commerce Members on a single\nsession cost.
