The awards were presented at the Carlson Leadership Academy held in Dallas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Joey Linn,\nvice president for student affairs, was presented the University Partner of the\nYear Award. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Taylor\nKriley, director of inclusion and diversity excellence, won the Outstanding New\nVolunteer Award. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nundergraduate Sigma Phi Epsilon chapter was recognized with the Excelsior\nAward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The local\nSigma Phi Epsilon alumni volunteer corporation earned the Alumni and Volunteer\nCorporation Operational Excellence Award. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese awards\nrecognize the outstanding ways in which Sigma Phi Epsilon alumni and volunteers\nare mentoring undergraduate students. These individuals represent the best of\nSigma Phi Epsilon and Fort Hays State University,\u201d said Dr. Vincent Bowhay,\nalumni volunteer corporation president. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigma Phi\nEpsilon was founded Nov. 1, 1901 at the University of Richmond in Virginia and\nhas since initiated over 325,000.
