The 33rd annual Cathedral Concert is set for 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, at the Basilica of St. Fidelis in Victoria.<\/p>\n
The concert, free and open to the public, is hosted by Fort Hays State University\u2019s choirs in the Department of Music and Theatre.<\/p>\n
It will feature the Fort Hays Singers, Fort Hays Concert Choir, Smoky Hill Chorale, the Hays High School Chamber Singers, and FHSU\u2019s brass choir and string quartet.<\/p>\n
Also performing will be faculty in the Department of Music and Theatre: Dr. Ivalah Allen, associate professor; Brad Dawson, assistant professor, and his wife, Renetta; Dr. Joseph Perniecero, associate professor; and Kay Werth, instructor, and local organist Tom Meagher.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
