Dr. Brooke Moore, interim chair and assistant professor in the Department of Advanced Education Programs at Fort Hays State University, received an award from the Association of Teacher Educators.<\/p>\n
Moore received the 2019 Distinguished Research in Teacher Education Award for her article titled \u201cDeveloping Special Educator Cultural Awareness Through Critically Reflective Professional Learning Community Collaboration.\u201d<\/p>\n
As part of the award, Moore will present her work at the 2019 ATE Annual Meeting in mid-February in Atlanta. Moore will also be presented with her award during the awards banquet at the meeting.<\/p>\n
