Sami Montgomery <\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Name, hometown, year, major:<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery, Meridan, KS Biology Pre-Medi<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: I am from Kansas City born and raised, I am a Senior, Business Management major here at FHSU.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What is your sign:<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: Gemini<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: My sign is VIRGO<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What do you want to be after college and why?<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: A doctor because I feel like my purpose in life is to serve people and it\u2019s the best way I know how!<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: I would like to be a lawyer in the business world.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What are your long-term goals?<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: Be in Med school, maybe residency somewhere on the coast!<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: Five years from now I will hopefully be graduating from law school.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What are your short-term goals?<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: Have fun and live life to the fullest!<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: Shooting for those A\u2019s in the grade book!<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What are some of greatest strengths?<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: Relating to all different types of people and talking to crowds or groups.<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: I think I am a very genuine and compassionate person that loves helping others.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What is one thing people do not usually know about you?<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: I have one brother who is at boot camp training to be a Marine<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: I can be kind of an adrenaline junky\u2026 Just jumped out of a perfectly functioning plane a few weeks ago!<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What are you most excited about when it comes to homecoming?<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: Everything<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: Seeing all the alumni come back, it just shows how much people love Fort Hays and how proud we all are to be FHSU Tigers!<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What has been your greatest memory at FHSU?<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: Definitely living in Wiest Hall<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: Freshman year, after a UAB AfterDark, I took 2 giant trash bags full of popcorn back to the residential halls and watched a movie with friends. Who doesn\u2019t love free popcorn!<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n What are you involved in at FHSU?<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: Encounter, Honors College, Sigma Sigma Sigma, orientation leader<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: I am involved in Stripes for Hope, VIP Ambassadors, Go Global! LLC, and Alpha Kappa Psi<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Do you have any tips, words of advice to other aspiring student leaders?<\/p>\n Sami Montgomery: You\u2019re perfect just the way you so don’t be afraid to show it!<\/strong><\/p>\n Ricardo Zamora: I would say to get involved and make the best out of your college experience!
