The event is open to all students at FHSU and provides the opportunity to transform ideas for products, services, and apps into a presentable concept or prototype.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The event kickoff takes place this Saturday, February 20th from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Trails Room, located in the Memorial Union on the Fort Hays campus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The FHSU Entrepreneurship Challenge will take place in four different phases, and throughout each phase students will be provided with expert guidance, help and advice, as well as many chances to win valuable prizes that will help with their start-up!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Phase one, starting Saturday, will consist of helping students test, survey, and refine their products. This day is ideal for learning what customers are looking for in a product or service. A workshop will also be available for developers on this day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Phase two, which will begin February 27th, will focus on fixing issues along with service, product, and app promotion. Advice will be available to help with social media marketing and video production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Phase three, starting March 21st, aims to make sure students are on the right track to making money by developing financial forecasts and work on how to present and deliver their projects in a way that shows off the value of their company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Phase four, otherwise known as Demo Day, will be held on April 1st.
