University Police at FHSU are investigating a report of rape, which was alleged to have occurred at some point shortly before the report was made to police at 1:53am, Saturday, June 20.<\/p>\n
The victim said the incident occurred in the grassy area near the Rarick Hall sign after she left Chuck’s, a local bar at Seventh and Park.<\/p>\n
The 18 year old victim female was unable to give a description of the assailant, other than he was a white male, taller than 5 feet 9 inches. \u00a0She declined medical attention.<\/p>\n
The Hays Police Department has assisted with the investigation.<\/p>\n
