As an physician, Dr. Marshall devoted his career to helping parents and children start in a position to succeed and now Dr. Marshall says he wants to shift gears and help make certain opportunities available for those parents and children later in life as well.<\/p>\n<p>A native Kansan, Marshall was raised in the country. Farming, cattle-feeder operations, and serving as chairman of Great Bend Regional Hospital are all part of his life experience. A graduate of both Kansas State University and KU Medical School, Marshall recently completed a year as Governor of Rotary International\u2019s District 5670 covering 30 Rotary clubs throughout western Kansas. Marshall has experience coping with Dodd-Frank legislation as board member of local bank providing services in rural Kansas for more than 100 years. In addition, Marshall is a Commissioner of the Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism.
