Games will be held at the Husky Dome on the campus of St. Cloud State. The Tigers will take on Concordia-St. Paul <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2012807242\"><span class=\"aQJ\">on Friday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0at <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2012807243\"><span class=\"aQJ\">10 a.m.<\/span><\/span>, then face St. Cloud State (<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2012807244\"><span class=\"aQJ\">5 p.m.<\/span><\/span>) and Minnesota State-Mankato (<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2012807245\"><span class=\"aQJ\">7 p.m.<\/span><\/span>) <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2012807246\"><span class=\"aQJ\">on Saturday<\/span><\/span>. The weekend ends two games <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2012807248\"><span class=\"aQJ\">on Sunday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0against Wayne State College (<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2012807250\"><span class=\"aQJ\">8 a.m.<\/span><\/span>) and Augustana College (<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_2012807251\"><span class=\"aQJ\">10 a.m.<\/span><\/span>).FHSU (1-3) opened its season last weekend at the 8-State Classic in Bentonville, Ark., defeating Truman for FHSU head coach <dfn><a href=\"http:\/\/fhsuathletics.com\/coaches.aspx?rc=413&amp;elinkdata=38195\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"smarttag\" rev=\"413\">Adrian Mohr<\/a><\/dfn>&#8216;s first collegiate win while dropping narrow decisions to Minnesota-Duluth, then-No. 13 Missouri-St. Louis and Arkansas-Monticello. Despite the three losses, FHSU had several bright spots on the weekend, putting runners in scoring position in the final inning of each loss, taking a lead into the final inning against UMSL.Individually, <dfn><a href=\"http:\/\/fhsuathletics.com\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2399&amp;elinkdata=38195\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"smarttag\" rev=\"2399\">Tori Beltz<\/a><\/dfn> had a breakout weekend at the plate, leading the team with a .500 average, a double and a home run while freshman <dfn><a href=\"http:\/\/fhsuathletics.com\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2414&amp;elinkdata=38195\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"smarttag\" rev=\"2414\">Veronica Knittig<\/a><\/dfn> had two home runs and a .444 average to go with five RBI in her first weekend as a Tiger. Also above the .400 mark was <dfn><a href=\"http:\/\/fhsuathletics.com\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2411&amp;elinkdata=38195\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"smarttag\" rev=\"2411\">Samantha Villarreal<\/a><\/dfn>, who finished the weekend 5-for-11 (.455) at the plate. As a team, FHSU hit .316 and saw five Tigers finish above .300 in the first weekend.From the circle, <dfn><a href=\"http:\/\/fhsuathletics.com\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2404&amp;elinkdata=38195\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"smarttag\" rev=\"2404\">Kelsey Kimminau<\/a><\/dfn> (1-1) had two complete games while compiling a 1.75 ERA in 12 innings pitched with eight strikeouts. <dfn><a href=\"http:\/\/fhsuathletics.com\/roster.aspx?rp_id=2402&amp;elinkdata=38195\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"smarttag\" rev=\"2402\">Paxton Duran<\/a><\/dfn> (0-2) threw 11 innings on the weekend, striking out 14 while holding batters to a .286 average. Jessica Goerger leading the team with a .538 average in five starts, hitting two doubles &#8230; Abby Bunnell hitting .385 and has gone 4-for-4 on stolen bases this season &#8230; In the circle, Megan Hedstrom is 2-0 with a 2.10 ERA, 10 innings pitched and five strikeouts &#8230; As a team, SCSU is hitting .240 and has a 7.54 combined ERA.<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-clearfix\">Dropped all four games at the 8-State Classic last weekend &#8230; Ashley Thell leads the team offensively with a .417 average, four RBI, one double and one home run &#8230; As a team, the Mavericks are hitting just .204 while holding an 11.60 ERA &#8230; The team&#8217;s leading pitcher, Coley Ries, has struck out 18 in 13.2 innings pitched.<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-clearfix\">Picked fourth in the NSIC Preseason Coaches&#8217; Poll &#8230; Sara Scheffert returns as an All-NSIC First Team pick from last year, finishing 2014 with an 18-13 record and a 2.74 ERA, throwing 19 complete games &#8230; Kaiti Williams was First Team All-NSIC as well, hitting .440 with 10 home runs and 45 RBI &#8230; WSC finished last season 35-18 overall and return eight position starters and its entire pitching staff.<\/div>\n<div class=\"su-tabs-pane su-clearfix\">Opened the season at the Desert Stinger in Las Vegas last week &#8230;
