Jon Inman<\/a><\/dfn> was named the MIAA Wrestler of the Week after his performance at the Northern Colorado Open, announced Tuesday (Nov. 18) by the conference office.<\/p>\nInman, a sophomore from Branson, Mo., extended his record to 8-0 on the season after picking up his second individual title of the season (he won the Bethany Swede Open earlier this month). \u00a0Inman started his day with a first round bye before picking up a fall over CSU-Pueblo’s Anthony Ball in 1:47, moving to the semifinals of the 184 pound bracket. \u00a0Once there, Inman ran off two consecutive dominant wins over Division I opponents to win the title. \u00a0His semifinal win was a 10-4 decision\u00a0over Trent\u00a0Noon<\/span><\/span>\u00a0(Northern Colorado), and his finals victory was a 10-3 decision over Dylan Gabel (Northern Colorado).<\/p>\nThis is the second career MIAA Wrestler of the Week award for Inman, and the first weekly award for FHSU this season.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
