The par-72 course measured at 5,893 yards for the event. With three individuals competing, Fort Hays State did not post a team score.
Morgan Brasser<\/a> led the team in her first collegiate competition, posting scores of 79 and 86 to finish in a tie for 25th. The freshman was in ninth place after the opening round. She totaled three birdies on the week, 11th-most in the field.
Kira Mestl<\/a> placed 42nd after an opening round 87 and a second round score of 89. Kerrigan Rudolph<\/a> finished 48th after shooting 96 in the first round and 91 in the second round.
The Tigers are next scheduled to compete at the NSU Women’s Classic February 22-23 in Broken Arrow, Okla.
