The award was announced Tuesday (April 8) from the conference office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the Colorado Invitational in Boulder over the past weekend, Meyer captured his first NCAA automatic qualification of the season. With a fifth place finish in the 1,500-meters, Meyer clocked a time of 3:49.65. However, due to altitude modifications, his time was adjusted to 3:44.18, giving him the automatic mark.
