Fort Hays State University’s Department of Psychology recently entered an articulation agreement with Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, Kansas City, Mo., that will guarantee reserve acceptances into the university\u2019s clinical psychology program.<\/p>\n
The program is for students seeking the degree of Doctor of Psychology in clinical psychology.<\/p>\n
To qualify, students must have a bachelor’s degree from FHSU with a minimum 3.25 cumulative undergraduate GPA as well as appropriate research and apprenticeship experiences.<\/p>\n
\u201cClinical Psychology graduate programs are extremely competitive for admission,\u201d said Brooke Mann, director of FHSU\u2019s Master of Science in clinical psychology program. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to have the opportunity to create partnerships with schools like Kansas City University that recognize the excellent training and preparation FHSU gives our students.\u201d<\/p>\n
The program begins with spring 2018 graduates of FHSU’s psychology program.
